What is it?

What Is Let's Chain It?

Let’s Chain It (LCI) is Saudi Arabia’s National Supply Chain Capability Program, delivered by TRAX Group. aligned with Vision 2030 and its ambition to develop the Kingdom’s supply chains and logistics capability. As Vision 2030’s National Industrial Development and Logistics Program states:

Leveraging the Kingdom’s competitive advantage as the crossroad of three continents, the Program is unleashing Saudi Arabia’s potential as a global logistics hub with high efficiency, quality and speed.

Saudi Vision 2030, National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (vision2030.gov.sa)

Let’s Chain It develops the operational and technological supply chain talent that turns this national ambition into capability on the ground, through learning by doing with expert-led training, a live business simulation, and hands-on practice, all in one program.

Company teams learn the fundamentals from supply chain and technology experts, then put them to work immediately in a live simulation, making real decisions on inventory, purchasing, operations and sales and benchmarking their results against peers across the Kingdom. Every decision carries a cost and a consequence, repeated until the habit holds. It is not a conference and not a classroom; it is national capability, built by doing.

Four Ways We Close the Gap

The Purpose — Chain the Gap

The Kingdom is building the factories, ports and logistics corridors of Vision 2030. But infrastructure is only half of a supply chain — the other half is the people who decide how much to buy, when to move it, and where margin is won or lost. Let’s Chain It closes that national capability gap and turns digital transformation into better day-to-day decisions.

Chain the Gap

Close the national capability gap, team by team, decision by decision.

Vision 2030
Turn industrial and logistics investment into operational performance.
Digital Transformation
Adopt technology, data and AI in practice, not on paper.
National Capability Program

A repeatable, measurable national program.

What we Closed?

The Technology Gap We Close

Saudi supply chains have an opportunity to turn technology awareness into practical, measurable capability. As digital transformation becomes a business priority, resilience depends on responding with greater speed, flexibility and visibility. Realizing this takes more than investing in systems. It requires teams that can apply analytics, AI and machine learning to real supply chain challenges, combining technology with industry best practice to cut operating costs, optimize inventory, improve production efficiency and build more responsive supply chains.

This is the gap Let’s Chain It closes. Around simulation, expert-led content connects digital transformation, data and AI to real supply chain decisions, so technology investment turns into better calls on what to buy, when to move it, and how much to hold, and into a supply

The Fresh Connection

The Business Case

At the heart of Let’s Chain It is The Fresh Connection by Inchainge, the world’s No. 1 supply chain simulation game, used by 40%+ of the Fortune Global 500 in manufacturing and by 200+ universities. The scenario: a large global company is suffering financial losses and poor performance across every part of the business. Its CEO assigns your team, covering supply chain, purchasing, operations and sales, to take over the company, turn it around, make it profitable and recover its performance again.

The mission is to work as one aligned team: build the strategies and tactics, manage the operations, and test the effect of every decision you take. Across tens of real business and value-chain scenarios, the team learns how to make the right decision at the right time, and sees it land immediately, because every choice feeds straight into the company’s Return on Investment.

Each participating team is organized into four main (mandatory) roles, plus a fifth optional but highly valuable role:

Head Of Supply Chain
Mandatory Role
Owns planning: service levels, inventory policy and S&OP to keep supply and demand in balance
Head Of Operations
Mandatory Role
Runs the factory and warehouses: production planning, staffing, lines and storage capacity.
Head Of Purchasing
Mandatory Role
Manages suppliers and contracts: price, reliability, lead times and supplier risk.
Head Of Sales
Mandatory Role
Manages customers and contracts: service promises, order terms, payment and margin.
Coach / Director
Optional Role
Guides the team, sets strategy, steers the debrief each round.

No role wins alone: a purchasing saving can wipe out service, and a sales promise can flood the warehouse, so the four must agree on one integrated plan each round. Difficulty rises round on round, expert facilitators debrief what the numbers mean, and teams apply the lesson and go again.

The Stages

The Journey

Let’s Chain It 2026 runs across two cities, Riyadh and Jeddah, from 4 to 30 October 2026, in three connected stages. Every registered team starts at Discover; performance carries the strongest teams through Elevate to Transcend.

Regional Rounds (In person)

Discover

(Riyadh 4 -5 October 2026) (Jeddah 7 – 8 October 2026).

The starting line. Teams come together in person for a full opening day in each host city, get hands-on with The Fresh Connection, and play their first live rounds with facilitators in the room.

National Level (Virtual)

Elevate

11-15 October 2026

5 evening online sessions & masterclasses)

The development stage. Over five evening sessions, teams go deeper into the simulation as difficulty rises round on round, guided by expert-led masterclasses and a live national leaderboard.

Global Level (Virtual)

Transcend

19 – 30 October 2026

The Finals

The championship stage. The Kingdom’s top teams compete in the finals for the national title and take their performance onto an international footing. The Fresh Connection is the same engine Inchainge uses for its global competitions, the Global Student Challenge and Global PRO Challenge, where dozens of elite teams from more than 15 countries compete, so Transcend measures Saudi capability against a genuine world-class standard.

Can I join as an individual?

Let’s Chain It, is a learning journey that is designed for organizations, ideally, 4-5 people from each organization are forming one team representing their organization in this event, so individuals can not join Let’s Chain It.

Let’s Chain It, is not a workshop, it is a comprehensive learning journey in which the participants will not only receive theoretical knowledge but also, they will have practical business cases on one of the most advanced business simulators that replicate real business scenarios.

The Fresh Connection (TFC), Netherlands is one of the most advanced business simulators that Trax Group use in Let’s Chain It to make the participant live real business scenarios and teaches the participants how to deal perfectly with each scenario and how to take the ideal strategic and tactical decisions in each case.

We highly recommend at least 1-2 senior managers attend the learning journey with their team to motivate them and help them in taking business decisions, especially through the business simulation rounds.

The top three winning teams at the Saudi Arabia level will get valuable recognition. In addition, they will be qualified for the International Global Final Rounds to participate with the finalists from other countries.
